Luke smiled again, removing his black robes until he was down to bare skin and shorts. Folding his wings on his tattooed back, he stepped up to the rail. "No seasickness for me!" He cried, leaping from the boat. Flying a circle around it, he dove straight down into the water, a large splash getting Dre's shirt soaked.

Terrace was coming out for some fresh air, by command of Zeke, only to be soaked from head to toe in water. "What on Kiari's green earth is going on here?!" she yelled, trying to shake the liquid off of her. She regretted listening to that forceful, "Some fresh air will do you good, keep you healthy." Seemed it was doing everything but. She started to wring her midnight-colored hair out over the side of the boat.

Luke skyrocketed out of the water, spreading his wings wide and tilting his head to the sun. Hovering, he stared down at Terrace. "Sorry!" He cried, backflipping back down into the water.

"I swear, the world has gone completely mad!"
Zeke had rushed to the deck at the sound of Terrace's cries over being soaking wet. Thinking to make her lighten up a bit, he snuck up behind her. "You know, a little swim will do you as good as fresh air, Terrace. And besides, your clothes are already all wet." At that, he gave her a slight push and she staggered overboard.
"Zeke!" she spluttered, "What makes you think I want to be covered in wet? Hm? I was just complaining about this!"
"Terrace," he said calmly, placing a vine on the deck and using a little power in it to create a makeshift rope over the side, followed by a climb down and a hop off to land next to his charge. "You really need to have some fun." He smiled kindly.

River's legs became a strong tail and she happiy tiwsted in the water a bit just to feel the flow of the water. She looked and saw that Dre, Luke, Terasha, and Terrace in the water. She went over to the rest of them and began pointing down. Below were the Fire Canyons, a large system of crevices all made of strange stone colored in the colors of fire, red, yellow, and organe, that gave off a slight glow. There was even heat there because of volcanic vents that would spray nutrients and hot water into the canyons, making it a good spot to see various types of sea creatures.

Terasha tried to look towards where River pointed, but it took some maneuvering. She wasn't the best of swimmers, and it was a bit difficult for her, but she got to the point where she could see it. Her eyes widened at the sight. It really was beautiful.
Zeke had to steer Terrace under the water and to a point where she'd actually look at what River pointed to. She was being quite stubborn about the whole thing, and he had to laugh. It was funny, after all. She couldn't get over the fact that she was getting wet.

"Isn't it beautiful! Naiads and Merpeople come here alot, it is a natural wonder and a sort of, you might call it a spa." River said clearly despite the fact she was underwater. Lacey gills breathed for her letting her mouth talk and for some reason naiads and merpeople could just talk underwater, no one could really explain it scientifically. "I would take you down deeper but I'm afraid you might not be able to handle the pressure."

"That's okay, really." Terasha could answer because of her magicks, even thought the others had to hold their breath. "It's beautiful." She didn't believe she'd be able to make it down there anyway. An awful swimmer like she was shouldn't have even been in the water, but here was Terasha, swimming away.

"Lovely" Dre tried to say but all that came out was a muted noise and some bubbles. He soon felt a tug on his lungs and kicked back up to the surface breathing out as he went. He surfaced and took a deep breathe. He bobbed there for a moment knowing that the others would need to come up soon because he was no weak lunged swimmer. He could hold his breathe very long so if he had run out of air the others must need some soon.

Zeke tugged Terrace to the top by the back of her clothes, almost as one might pull a puppy up. Both gasped as they reached the surface.
"Zeke, I can't believe I let you get me into this," she scowled, gasping for air. "You're awful. You're horrible and you're awful and.... well, thanks." She just had to hug her protector. After all, he'd stopped her moping about like she was always doing, and brought a little light to the situation. And besides, the place River had showed them was the most beautiful thing she'd ever seen.
Zeke's eyes widened and he fell backwards with a splash when Terrace came in for a hug. This is the exact opposite of what he expected. He patted his charge on the head awkwardly. Well, that was odd.

Dre smiled at the pair then taking a deep breath put his head in the water, but stayed at the surface. Terasha was still there with a bubble around her head and River was swimming what looked like a dance, at least it was graceful enough to be one. He was surprised such a klutz could move so fluidly.
River moved around however she wanted, just enjoying the water. "Mmmmm, this feels good." Suddenly she stopped. "I wonder, maybe we will pass a city or at least a village. I can't remember if there any this way but it would be nice if there was. Maybe I could even buy you all some souvenirs!" She stroked the beautiful necklace Terasha had gotten for her. "It would only be fair."

"Well, I'm really not that good of a swimmer. You know, I'm like you on the land down here. Well, worse actually," Terasha admitted sheepishly. She didn't swim quite enough for people to notice this, but it was true. However many times her mother, the man she'd thought was her father, and Blaire had worked to try and get her to improve her swimming, she was still awful in the water.
She knew why they said it. If a fish loved a bird, where would they live? A bird in the water was worse off than a fish out of it. Well, unless the bird was meant to be in the water. Which she certainly wasn't. It was something they dealt with by making her learn water magicks, and from the looks of things that training had some in handy.

"Well I could try and teach you but I'm not sure how. I just kinda do it, and you have legs I have a tail. Though I bet I could stop making my legs into a tail if I tried but it was a gift from the gods so I shouldn't mess with it." River pondered what to do. "I guess if you don't like it this much I shouldn't have dragged you down here. I'm sorry."

"No, really, River, this is fun. The view is lovely, much better than the one up there," Terasha said. She really did like it. It was just hard. Didn't come naturally to her, like, say, getting things she wasn't supposed to have. "I think it's near imposible for me to learn to swim."

"I wish I could help you." River thought hard on what she could do till she realized something. "The ship! It's using the sails so it's been going all this time and we haven't! I should be able to catch up but you and the other's can't from just swimming! Oh no now what should we do! I can carry at least one person up to the ship but that leaves the rest of you behind! Dre can fly to catch up and can carry someone as well but that leaves two people in the water! What to do what to do?!"
