Dre... Dre, Dre, Dre. Where had the tiger heard this name before? Oh, yes. The god Eredor said to annoy this man at all costs. Well, then, Blake was going to do just that. But they still needed a crew, and so he'd let the guy along. "Fine, if you all have to come, you'll have to get Blue to agree with you," he narrowed his eyes at Dre.
With the banter going between the red-haired.... hadn't Eredor said he was a garnet dragon? Yes... and the hawk-winged girl, the one who looked like she could perhaps have been an Old Kurash, Blake had almost been ready to burst with laughter. He kept it contained, though. She was definitely in love with him, and from the looks of it, he probably had a little crush on her, too. They were just too blind to see it themselves, for whatever reason. Perhaps this gave the tiger a weapon to use against the dragon.
"The name's Blake, by the way." With another thought, he added, "Just Blake."

Hmm hmm hmm... Thief King Dre. That affection stealing serpent... How I long to beat him until his pleasant features are a thing of the past. The voice was literally all in Blake's head. It was Eredor of course who, at the moment was standing over the door to the shop in his raven form. You can feel it can't you. You can feel my anger kitty. Don't say anything, just think, I'll hear it. It was against god policy to share the mind of a mortal or to scry their thoughts. But Eredor had never really cared much about the rules. In life or in Godhood. And it was true. Surges of emotions far more powerful than anything Blake had ever experienced were flooding into him from the mental link. A powerful dislike for one, intense jealosy of Dre for another, And an infatuation with the Goddess of Chaos. The sharing of emotions was one of the reasons it was frowned upon for a god to establish a mental link with a mortal.

Blake felt hate for and jealousy of Dre... someone he hadn't even met yet. It was the overwelming feelings towards Kora that tipped him off to what was actually happening, and then he also heard the voice of Eredor speaking to him. He tried to shake the emotions off, not wanting what wasn't his own. I don't want your feelings, Blake thought in a hiss. He was begining to dislike Eredor more and more every minute.

Ooops, clumsy me. Eredor smirked. I let the link get out of hand. But I suppose you wouldn't have objected if I had continued what I was doing. Our souls became dangerously close there for a moment tiger. Another moment and our minds would have become one, ah well, I won't try that again As it is I think I left a bit of my essense in there. Do you have thoughts like that about Blue all the time? Eredor smirked mentally. The link had become a purely mental one although small traces of emotion still passed through the line.

"Well Blake just Blake, as Terasha said I'm Dre. Dre Takeme. And I'm guessing you are River?" For some reason Blake was glaring at him, had they crossed paths before? It was possible since Dre didn't take the time to memorize the faces of every man he'd robbed.
"Yes, I'm River Seacurrent! It's very nice to meet you though I'm afraid I have inpossed upon you terribly yesterday." River said in reply. She was glad Terasha was not sick but she wondered why she was suddenly so nervous. And why did she feel as if there was some sort of anger going on between Blake and Dre, did they know each other?
"Seacurrent? No way, really? Well this is an honor your majesty." Dre said making a dramatic bow to River.

Terasha looked from River to Dre, then back to River again, and then to Dre once more. "Is there something you two aren't telling me?" she asked, confused. Majesty? Why was he calling River majesty? Was she royalty? If so, this was getting quite awkward.

"Ah thats right, most don't know. Well through one of my many sources I know that the Seacurrent family is always rulers of the whole naiad race. So how close to the throne are you River?"
"Well actually I'm the Crown Princess so when my father dies, which hopefully will not be for a long time yet, I will become queen. That's why I had to see the world now."

It doesn't suprise me that a lowlife like yourself would shamelessly suck up to royalty in order to get themselves a bit closer to the gold. Eredor placed the words like a thought into Blake's mind. And snickered mentally. Shameless isn't he. Pompous little peacock. Another wave of jealosy and hatred assaulted the Tiger.

Blaek was trying very hard to ignore Eredor's voice in his mind, the emotions that weren't his, though it wasn't working too well. "This is all fine and dandy," he growled, "but if we're going to see the ship and meet up with Blue, should we be going soon?" He was getting irritated by small talk, amplified by the god's presence in his mind.

"Oh, well I suppose that makes a whole world of sense," Terasha said, still looking from Dre to River. Truth be told, it wasn't really coming into focus for her at all. It was hard for the hawk-winged Kurash to imagine River as the ruler of all the naiads. Not River. She was also ignoring the imapient growls from the tiger man standing next to her... Blake. In fact, she felt the strong urge to pinch him. Though she didn't admit it to herself, it was the way he was looking at Dre. The expression was full of jealousy- jealousy for what reason, she had no clue- and pure anger. It was definitely one of hatred. She eyed him suspiciously, trying to make sure he wouldn't do anything to harm the garnet dragon.

"Well lets go meet this Blue then." Dre said. He decided to ignore the hostlity from Blake unless it lead to violence, then he would have to show this firey tiger how he managed to become ruler of all the cut throats and back stabbers.

"I hope you know where this person is," Terasha said, glaring at the tiger. He didn't seem to have a whole lot of anything planned out, from the look on his face.
"Well," Blake shifted uncomfortably, "... she's somewhere around the docks, or at least she should be."
Terasha rolled her eyes and leaned against the wall. Suddenly, she was feeling very safe that River was leading this little hunting party, and that the cat wasn't. They would all be doomed otherwise.

"What is she like? If she is unusual then maybe there will be some rumors about her hanging around somewhere." Dre said helpfully. Although he didn't realize it he was having the same thoughts as Terasha, only slightly different. If this girl was Crown Princess then she had to be pretty sharp and clever so if she was leading things would turn out fine, especially compared to the cat.

"Oh, she should be simple enough to find. A Faye that acts nothing like a Faye," Blake announced. That pretty much summed up Blue, or at least as much as he knew about her.
Terasha pumped her wings a few times in irritation. It was quite possible that she'd never met anyone quite as dense as this tiger. Simple enough to find? How would he know? Such a cocky little kitty, that was for sure, expecially for such a stupid one. "We'lll just need to look hard."

"I suggest the bars, a Faye that doesn't act like a Faye will bring up some rumors. Which one should we go to first? The Goose's Head, Bluebeard's Bar, Dusty Dagger. Gah Micae has too many of them. Hmmmm, we could split up. Two check the docks, two the bars looking for a rumor. I'll take the bars since I know the people to ask and where they'll be to find this Blue. What about you three?"
