"Blue, and you tiger man?" Blue responded ignoring the question of wether she would kill a person. She was used to it, it was a big help when she had jobs. Who expected the pretty, little, Faye to kill a person? No one which why she was so good at it.

"The name's Blake," he growled, loosening his grip on the blade. If she had truly wanted to do battle, it would've happened already. "So, what boredom-relieving thing did you have in mind?" Like the saying goes, curiousity killed the cat.

"Hmmm, not much to do here. Rather boring island isn't it. But there is always some taverns where excitment picks up. If you really want to have some fun though nothing beat Tryaan. It is the capitol of the theif world. What about you? Got anywhere that you know is always a blast to be at?" She acted very relaxed but was alert, even though the grip on the sword was losening.

"Not really," Blake answered, "I'm still looking. Thinking about going East, or perhaps trying to cross the Black Waters." He grinned toothily. He was out for adventure wherever it took him.

"Black waters? My you are brave. You know it's rumored that the only ones that survive on the Black Waters are the Naiads and those with their help. So know any Naiads or are you a real dare devil?" Blue asked, even more interseted in Blake. He sounded like someone she could get along with.

"That's why I suspect I'll go East first, unless I can find a friendly little water-spirit soon." The big cat didn't mention how he planned to get close to such a creature as one of the rare Naiads. "Besides, if I'm risking my life, at least I had fun doing it," he said, nonchalantly placing his arms behind his head.

"Sounds like a fun time to me, mind if I come along. I've been looking for something fun to do and there's nothing more fun than something potential deadly." Blue was serious about her offer. She was incredibly bored and risking her life had always appealed to her, it was why she became an assassin.

"Not at all. I'd most likely enjoy the company. There's just one problem. I need a boat... or some other such nonsense, at least," He frowned. He definitely hadn't planned this out. Perhaps he could find some pirate or something willing to take them.

"Leave that problem to me, I know some people who haven't paid me for their business. Once I convince them to stop hiding and pay me I can get us a boat, maybe even a willing crew." A few of Blue's employers ran once the relitives of those she killed decided to take revenge. She was able to hear about how soon they would be dead by other assassins and collected her money then, any sooner and it would be a pain, any later and she wouldn't get it at all. Though it would be a pain to hunt down the cowards and making them pay but worth it if she could have a real adventure.

Blake's eyes got wide. "You're quite resourceful, I suppose, if you can. You see, I have here a map that I was told was from the lost settlement." He pulled it out. "What do you make of it?" The rolled up sheet was old and weathered, torin in a corner, and had the entire land of Vieera mapped carefully. "A Drow sold it to me. Said it was cursed," he laughed.

Blue looked the map over with a experienced eye. "It's certainly not a fake, or at least if it is a fake then it's a fake may years and years ago. Though I'm not experienced in curses so I couldn't tell you about that part." Blue smiled jokingly. It was unlike her to be so, so emotional, but even she had her odd days. "Well I need to track down my employers so I guess I should head to Tryaan. There is at least one still living there, and the Assassin's Guild will tell me about my other employers. Also you will find more adventurers ready to risk their lives on the impossible there than in this small town. What will you do?"

Blake had the odd feeling that something very big was about to happen. "I like the idea. I'm coming with you," he growled, taking back the map. If it wasn't a fake, it was real, meaning real adventure. "So, to Tyraan we go?"

"Yes. To Tryaan, and then on to the Black Waters!" Blue agreed, beginning to feel excitment and adrenaline coarse through her. This would definatly be a adventure worth her time. She might not return from it, but it would be worth it.

((We'll post in the new thread, yes? This seems like a good let-this-one-die-right-here-and-move-on point.))
