That's great!
I have now escaped my first session of DMing, and managed not to totally screw it up! ^-^ though technically it would be GMing, because we were playing the Marvel superheroes tabletop instead of D&D, but I think after that anything else'll be a piece of cake. That thing is very very complicated. @-@

*Laughs*
I remember my first time. Didn't know a thing about the game, and it was AD&D at the time! Didn't even use AC or Thac0 XP
Anyways, I started my own campaign setting I haven't named it yet, but my players like it ^_^ They're level 2 so and on the last quest, one of the fighters and our cleric were wisdom DRAINED by an Allip. The ranger and the sorcerer were only partially drained and it took the wizard all his prepared spells to finish that bloody thing -_-.
They had fun, to say the least ^_^;;

My stepdad just got Fantasy Grounds.
It's a way to tabletop RPG online. Has all these super spiffy dice features and everything.
And my dear father -Darth Vader noises- had some people working on a D&D campaign in the middle of the restaurant he works at the other night. oO So he just started talking to them about D&D....
