Alignment Explaination.
Lawful Good: Belief in law and order and all that jazz, the law is good and will tell us what to justly do with criminals, etc. Chaotic Good: Belief in good as long as one can choose for themselves. They believe in doing what's right, even if it means breaking laws and traditions. ((Example: Robin Hood.)) Neutral: Believes in being on either: a. neither side; b. the side which at the current time is in power or to their most benefit to be on. Lawful Evil: The belief in having.... sort of guidelines to being evil. As long as laws set down by the evil king are in placed, they will be followed by one who is lawful evil. Chaotic Evil: Chaotic evil characters will do nothing for anyone but themselves, and are more than likely to kill anyone who gets in their way. They'll also kill for pleasure, whether law says to or not...
